The goal of a "good" society is achieved by repealing all laws according to Alphonse Anarchist but to every one else on the spectrum you substitute your own label and maxim. For everyone but Alphonse, society is modified by the constraints of a legal system. The question is 'which system?' There are relatively few alternatives; there is the body politic or there is the sovereign God. (The God of a society is the source of law in a society, either the state or God). Liberty is always defined in terms of the law of the God of a society.

Vic labor - the worst meddling we have ever seen
The Victorian Labour Government are busy legislating in the name of the best intention- restricting the freedom of the people in everything from children on farms to seeking to prescribe revegetation requirements on private land . They even reckon they are able to restrict namecalling and its hideous effects. Desperate for power and disrespectful of power, they seem to not know that you cannot legislate to make people good --A paradigm shift is needed to make them see that the greatest evil is being done in the name of the best intention .

Unless Vic Labour are prepared to fund free legal aide. our current leaders are playing into the hands of fanatics for enshrinement, the wealthy and wannabe powerful's - so much for being people of the people.
