The rush to use laws in a bid to control conflict and modify behaviour must be the biggest piece of lumbering logomachy since Christianity brought the warring tribes of England together in the 1st millenium. What are we westerners going to do to help our citizens avoid the injury and dumb weight of more legislature -"brilliant policy" badly implemented. Legislation medicine- but without proper administration. You name it,we'll talk it here!
